Otto- Car Dealership Service

This project called for a new-to-the-world service idea. After a deep-dive into the sector of car dealerships we wanted to innovate in the experience of buying a new car. One of the insights from user research is that people think of their cars as extremely personal, almost as family members. Our answer is Otto, an extremely-personalized car that is sold in a trust-building environment.
