I am so happy to be done with this short little video, that intends to be an introduction to a knowledge tool, which in turn will be used to test a tool. The idea of this video is to explain the importance of the subject of behavior for service designers. It is with a smidgen of indignation that I regret that in my two years at SCAD no class delved deeply into the subject. Also, in my conversations with other service designers, I keep finding that the idea that services deal in behaviors is not discussed enough. I would love it if I could help to start a conversation.
This video Is the result of an independent study class that I took with SCAD's Chair of Motion Media, John Colette, who is clearly Superman; he can deal which a huge workload and still manage to teach me so much in one-hour weekly meetings. Thank you to my good friend Mike Buquet, who took the time to lend me his (Sofia-Vergara-accent-free yet full of southern charm) voice. I absolutely had a blast doing this.
